If you have an infant, then you know how quickly they grow out of their clothes in year one! I feel like every time I buy something new, Sloane has already grown out of it and before I know it, I am putting it into storage or donating it. This is why I like to bargain shop as much as possible, without sacrificing quality.
Carter’s makes it SO easy to do that (and no, this is not a sponsored post!).
Since Sloane’s birth, she has basically become a Carter’s poster child. They were one of the few retailers who stocked premie sizes in store. We didn’t anticipate Sloane coming a month early, so this was a life-saver when she arrived.
Flash forward to 14 months old, Sloane has finally grown out of her 9-12 month clothing. She is now wearing clothes in 12-18 months and needed some new outfits for Spring! Here’s a list of some of the cutest spring outfits from Carter’s that we either purchased, already own or are planning on ordering soon.

Cutest Spring Outfits from Carter’s
- Graphic Tees. Mermaid, baby shark and more! There are so many adorable graphic tees to choose from and almost all of them are on sale right now for only $5! Sloane is obsessed with baby shark (no surprise there) so we had to get that one. We also bought this cute 4th of July Kitty tee in anticipation for the holiday!
- Comfy Pull-on Knit Denim bottoms. We have bought these pants for Sloane every size of the way. They are so comfy and look just like jeans – baby’s love them (not to mention they are on sale for $7)!
- Unicorn backpack for the win. I absolutely love this backpack. It fits everything we need to bring to daycare and works nicely as a small diaper bag when we are out and about. Sloane’s teachers swear we started a trend, after we bought this backpack they started seeing it everywhere around the school!
- 5-pack short sleeved bodysuits. These are always a great deal and you can never have enough onesies.
- Dresses, dresses and more dresses! Denim and tulle skirt dress. I didn’t get Sloane any dresses just yet because I want her to be able to wear it in the Summer too. I fully plan on ordering this adorable denim and tulle skirt one! Also, this striped poplin dress. But what we all really want to know is, do these come in adult sizes? Yes? Please?
- Cat Eye Sunglasses. Adorable sunglasses! We’ve bought a few pairs from Carter’s. They fit infant and toddler faces nicely.
- Every Step Casual Sneakers (white with pink glitter hearts). We also have similar ones to these in a pink and navy pair. They have built in grips inside the sneaker providing Sloane with extra support. She is not walking just yet, but these have helped improved her balance and confidence by a long shot (hence why we bought this second pair!).
- Glitter Sandals. These have a strap for around the ankle for added support. Cute and functional! They didn’t have these in Sloane’s size, she is still in 3-3.5.
- 2-piece Lady Bug Hoodie and leggings set. I just love this outfit so much. Lady bug’s are always a cute sign that Spring is here. Sloane’s almost grown out of this outfit, but I checked online and it’s on CLEARANCE now!
